Mark J. Arndt, a native of Grand Island, Nebraska, attended college and law school at the University of Nebraska, graduating from the law school in 1995. Mark has a general civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on construction defense, product liability defense, personal injury defense, and insurance coverage litigation. He was a prosecutor in South Dakota for five years prior to joining May & Johnson firm in 2000. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the South Dakota Defense Lawyers Association (SDDLA). Arndt has tried numerous cases to juries across eastern South Dakota and argued appeals in front of the South Dakota Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
